spacious room warm floor emergency number office hours
the room was spacious with a lovely mini fridge! the floor in the bathroom felt warm! i appreciated the well detailed self check in instructions, too! there was also a welcome gesture with a lovely note, glass of wine and crisps. great!
i found that nobody was reachable outside office hours, also nobody calls back. i noticed no emergency number existed, and if you have problems you are on your own! unfortunately, there were no chairs or a table available to sit down at.

uncomfortable bed weak shower pressure
the bed was not comfortable. i felt the joining in the middle, as two single beds were pushed together. also, the shower pressure was very weak. it barely trickled water making it hard to wash properly.

detailed instructions mini fridge warm floor
The self check-in process was straightforward due to the well-detailed instructions provided. The room included a mini fridge, very convenient for storing drinks and snacks. I was kinda surprised by the warm floor in the bathroom. the room temperature was comfortable.
I found the bed to be two single beds pushed together. I could feel the gap in the middle, which detracted from my sleep quality.

The room was quite spacious. It included a sofa, a kettle and a fridge. The en suite was great.
The bathroom details were disappointing. I removed strong smelling sticks by the sink. They masked a sewage smell coming from the shower drain.

I liked the digital key system. It was very easy. i also found a mini fridge stocked with crisps and wine! the location was near botanic avenue and the city centre.
the shower lacked power, just a drip, which wasn't ideal.

the welcome gift was a nice touch including wine and crisps. i also found self check in instructions very helpful. the bathroom floor was heated it was a big plus. i also appreciated the spacious room with a mini fridge.
the details werent perfect, especially the shower head needed cleaning.
